Had a fabulous stay at the Merit Kensington. Room 117 was very clean, cleaned every day. Bed was comfortable. Shower was wonderful. Inside of property number 12 was clean and well presented. Great location, one minute walk to the nearest tube station. Just off the high street so everything you need within a short walk, shops, pubs, restaurants, bakeries etc.

The location of this hotel is great! Only a few minutes from Earl's Court Station. It's also near bus stops. I loved the quiet and beautiful neighborhood. In the area, you will find a selection of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, and more. Friendly staff. Room was decent size. Bathroom was small but modern, with heated floors.

Above average facilities for England. Heated bathroom floor was a plus. Very nicely decorated room. Modern buttons for AC and lights.

The hotel was brilliantly located close to restaurants and bars and very close to the underground , we traveled from Heathrow Terminal 2 and got the tube right in to Earls Court . I will be telling my Irish friends about the Hotel .

Location good. Had to find somewhere to stay last minute as had family in Chelsea and Westminster hospital. Check in staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, quiet, modern and bathroom nice with good shower. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, extremely comfortable bed and lovely and quiet which ensured a great nights sleep. We required housekeeping (to remove a baby’s cot in the room), to provide an ironing board and iron and to adjust the aircon temperature (controlled externally from the room). They couldn’t have been quicker, friendlier or more efficient. Thank you!

Location a few minutes walk from Earls Court Station and a number of good restaurants/cafes/pubs/supermarkets and chemists. Room was comfortable though compact. Bathroom again compact but worked well. Bed was comfortable and linen was nice. Room serviced daily, though noted that neither toilet paper nor shampoo/conditioners etc were replenished for 2nd night of stay but was for 3rd night. Lifts to easy floor but there are a handful of steps from street level to front door/reception level. Your room may not be in the same building as reception.
